When you provide valuable content, you not only gain trust from your customers, but you are more likely to cement yourself in their memory. This will have people coming back for more. If you are able to help your customer through the buying journey, they are much more likely to buy from you as opposed to the competition.

An important thing to realize is that you don’t own your followers on social media platforms.
