Who They Are

With over 15 years of operation, Tighten It Spa has established itself as a trusted medical spa in Roseville, CA, offering a range of services including fillers, injectables, laser treatments, and rejuvenation services like the DiamondGlow® facial. Recently, owner Joyce Pappas expanded operations by opening a second location in the Westpark development of Roseville.

The Challenge

Tighten It Spa came to Infuze wanting to bring more business to their new location in Westpark and increase brand awareness.

The Solution:  Increase Brand Awareness and Revenue

Infuze conducted a comprehensive analysis of Tighten It Spa's brand identity and existing marketing strategies, devising tailored approaches to meet their objectives. Recognizing the significance of relationships and referrals in their industry, emphasis was placed on consistent communication with both existing and potential clients. The following strategies were outlined:

 Website Redesign
 

A complete overhaul of the website was undertaken, including a refresh of brand aesthetics and enhanced user experience. The revamped website now serves as an informative platform reflecting the ethos of Tighten It Spa. Additionally, a new contact form was introduced, providing an alternative means for appointment booking and inquiries.

 

Since its implementation in December 2023, the contact form has garnered 56 inquiries, with 20 converting into appointments or further inquiries. Notably, revenue generated from website leads in January and February 2024 constituted 23% of new patient revenue.

Social Media Management

Active management of Facebook and Instagram channels was initiated to engage with the target audience and bolster brand presence.

 

 

The introduction of captivating graphics, carousel posts, and informative video content featuring the team discussing treatments led to a 13% increase in Instagram followers since October 2023, generating over $2,000 in additional revenue.

Digital Advertising

Strategic digital advertising campaigns were devised to target potential clients effectively. ​Employing a blend of graphics and gifs, our ads catered to two distinct demographic groups (25-35) and (35-65), aligning with their respective beauty goals and preferences.

 Blog Development

 

Content creation and blog development initiatives were undertaken to showcase expertise and engage with the audience on relevant topics. Conducting thorough keyword research ensured alignment with the target audience's interests while enhancing search engine rankings.

Outbound Communications

Proactive communication strategies were implemented to maintain engagement with existing clients and foster new connections. Tailored email templates for newsletters and e-blasts were designed to clearly convey the sender's identity and the desired call-to-action.

  Direct Mail Advertising

Targeted direct mail campaigns were strategically deployed to reach prospective clients in the vicinity of the new Westpark location. Three successive mail campaigns, offering exclusive discounts and incentives, were sent to surrounding zip codes, with two more anticipated in the ongoing series. 

The Result

These strategic initiatives have resulted in Tighten It Spa achieving a distinct, easily recognizable brand identity. The spa consistently attracts new patients who directly attribute their awareness of the spa to our marketing efforts across various channels thereby fueling the growth of both their Fountains and Westpark businesses. As an example, in April, we ran a Saturday-only special and promoted it via email and social media marketing. Within 3 days of promoting it, the first two Saturdays were completely booked.
